Terms of Service & Beta Agreement
1. Beta Test Agreement
This Beta Test Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Cashflow Quotient™ ("Company") and you ("User") when you access the service.
1.1 Beta Nature of Service
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The software is in beta and has not been commercially released
- The software may contain errors or design flaws
- Financial modeling results cannot be guaranteed
- You should not rely solely on this software for critical financial decisions
- The company may modify or discontinue features at any time
- You are responsible for backing up any data you input
- The service is provided "as is" without warranty
1.2 Feedback and Confidentiality
You agree to provide feedback on the software's performance, usability, and potential issues. All features, algorithms, and documentation are confidential information.

- Keep all confidential information strictly private
- Not share screenshots or details of the service publicly
- Not use confidential information for any purpose outside of the service
- Take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized disclosure
2.3 Duration
These confidentiality obligations continue even after you stop using the service or your account is terminated. You agree to delete or return any confidential information upon our request or when you stop using the service.

6. Intellectual Property

IN NO EVENT SHALL CASHFLOW QUOTIENT™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the service. Upon termination, you will lose access to all features and data.
8.2 Termination by Cashflow Quotient™
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service:
- For violation of these terms
- For abuse of the service
- To comply with law or regulation
- For any reason at our sole discretion
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

- Requiring acceptance of updated terms
